Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions
What We Know So Far
Since 2021, we've been building the internal capabilities to measure, track, and understand our emissions — giving us a clear and accurate picture of our climate impact.
A note on our emissions data: Over time, we’ve been improving our methodology and refining our processes, which is the largest factor in the changes to our reported emissions year over year. We now feel confident in our baseline and will use this as a benchmark moving forward.
Scope 1 Emissions (tCO2e)
Direct emissions from our operations, such as fuel consumption from our properties and vehicles

Scope 2 Emissions (tCO2e)
Indirect emissions from purchased energy used in our operations, such as grid electricity

What’s Next
Scope 3 Emissions
We're expanding our reporting to include Scope 3 emissions, which are the GHGs generated across our full value chain. This deeper view will help us identify opportunities to evolve our products and work with suppliers to reduce our broader environmental footprint.
Climate Strategy
The data we've gathered is laying the foundation for a company-wide climate strategy. Our goal is to have a cohesive approach to guide how we reduce global emissions and manage climate-related risks across our operations.
Sustainability in Action
Solar Energy Can Reduce Emissions, Save Money, and Improve Reliability
In 2024, our Midrand, South Africa facility was the first in the company to install rooftop solar panels, improving energy reliability while cutting emissions. Building on that success, we installed additional panels on our Worcester, U.K. facility in 2025 and are set to install more at our Zephyrhills, U.S. facility in 2026.
What's new this year?
EXAMINING OUR CLIMATE RISKS

In 2025, we partnered with independent sustainability experts to conduct a climate risk assessment across our global operations. From a comprehensive list of potential risks, our team identified and prioritized those with the greatest potential impact on our business.
Next, we plan to translate these findings into actionable plans and integrate them into our broader risk management program.
